Check In Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. (Feel free to arrive earlier if you would like to relax in one of our lounges.) All appointments are scheduled with the estimated service time in mind. If you have any specific concerns that you think may require additional time during your appointment, please let us know. This will allow you to relax and enjoy your time with us.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel an appointment we would like the opportunity to personally assist you over the phone. Please call 610-444-3570 to speak with a Service Coordinator. 50% of the total costs of services missed that were scheduled and were not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged to your credit card.
Late Arrivals
Your service will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals will be charged the full price for all treatments and some/all services may be eliminated or reduced in time due to a late arrival.
Methods of Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification and only from clients who we know personally and never over $100.
Tipping
Many times our guests ask who, and how much, should I tip? Tipping is left to the discretion of our Guest. Gratuities can be charged to your credit card but not to Gift Certificates. The following can be used as guidelines.
- Good service: 15% of the total bill
- Exceptional service: 20% of the total bill
Tipping envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
